The rustic wood construction fits perfectly with the wooded setting around our home and looks like it has always been there.The swing is comfortable, sturdy, and has quickly become one of my favorite spots on the property. Our log swing bit the dust after 20 years. The support is still good, but not the swing.I tend to over research things especially since I live in Ohio Amish Country. Plenty of swings here but too expensive, no price, or they dont deliver. Plan B, the big box stores. But ratings suck on their items. Plan C, sigh, Amazon. But their search engine does not allow me to easily search for the measurements I need. I spent hours until I found this one. But it only had 10 reviews. I like more reviews to judge a product's quality especially those you order sight unseen. But a business has gotta start somewhere.It arrived, from California, not overnight, but in a reasonable amount of time. Skinny box is heavy but you are going to unpack it. Everything is nicely labeled. It even came with tools although you might want to use your own. Love the color, rustic which had a mix of brown with tinges of the existing reddish color of my log support. Perfect! Parts were clearly labeled although I wish some of the holes were drilled out more. You will probably want to do that for the parts that need a big screw. Directions were better than I expected with illustrations. Hubby and I are handy but it took us a while.What really impressed me after the product itself, was the evening after delivery, I got an email from the company asking if it arrived okay. WOW. I don't think anyone has ever done that on their own.We finally got it together. It is comfortable.If any of you are pausing because you are leery about too few ratings, let me assure you that this is a beautiful swing and well priced.It is comfortable even without a cushion which we probably wont buy.Now if it would only stop raining.I am very happy.
