I had to wait a while to see this chair assembled and ready to rock, but a friend did put it together for me. He had no trouble assembling it; all screws, bolts and parts were in the box and easily fit into place. For the price, I think this was a great choice. The chair is well made, very sturdy and looks great. I did buy cushions to soften the seating because the chair is wooden. Love the chair; there is something really comforting annd peaceful about sitting and gently rocking on my porch.

The rocking chair itself seems to be well-made and sturdy. It doesn't have a large rocking pattern, which is good because it lessens the chance of bumping into things while you're rocking. I have a minor beef with the plastic caps that cover the bolt ends...they say to put them over the bolts on the rockers but they don't include any for the chair arms where you could snag your clothes on the exposed bolt ends. I feel like the instructions could have been written better. They say to distinguish between the front and the back of the chair when installing but don't say how to tell which is front and back. The side pieces are angled at the top but they don't say which angle goes which way. Fortunately, I only had to reposition one of the side pieces; glad I didn't tighten the bolts all the way. All in all, a good chair but the instructions could be written a bit better. I don't feel that the YouTube video was very helpful either because they sped through everything and didn't show the correct angles for the side pieces.

Really great quality chair and a great price! Chairs are comfortable, sturdy, and rock well. Initially shipped with incorrect pieces and had some mislabeled pieces but their customer service was excellent and quick to rectify the issue and send a replacement. Responded quickly and with supportive responses. Could improve their communication between customer service and warehouse teams but ultimately strong communication and support!! I ordered two and the other came appropriately labeled and packaged. Would recommend the rocker + end table combo as well as the end table was great quality and very easy to assemble as well and matches great with the chair. Some small dings in the wood were not uncommon but all were very small and in locations that was under the chair when assembled so did not pose any concern to me and are not visible without crawling under the assembled chairs. Directions are okay and could use some revision to improve clarity. Should have no problems if you read closely, and follow EXACTLY. Would recommend double checking orientation compared to photos after each step. I’d also recommend utilizing a pair of grooved joint pliers to grip the nut and a drill to tighten the screws/bolts because they provide NyLoc (quality) nuts which can be difficult to hand tighten, but not necessary. Screw driver and wrench provided if you choose to do it by hand. Initially thought the screw/bolt was too long but realized later that the NyLoc just needed more torque to tighten which also ensures that the nuts will not slip/need retightening due to the force of sitting/rocking which adds to the quality of the chair. As others have noted, only half of the washers I’d recommend are provided but thats a nit picky adjustment that could be made to improve overall quality. All in all—I would buy again if given the opportunity or need and would recommend this rocking chair to friends/family or anyone looking for a high quality chair and a solid price. Criticism intentionally picky and constructive for quality improvement purposes and for ease of assembly for consumers of this chair but would genuinely provide a 5⭐️ review and recommend this chair.
