This items is exactly what we wanted - big, strong, sturdy. It was easy to assembly, and the necessary tools were included as well. Very nice product! One of the slats on the bottom of the chair was damaged when we opened the box. I contacted the seller, and within a few days, a replacement slat was delivered to us. How great was it to deal with someone who stands behind their produce and was interested in making the buyer happy! We were very impressed!!! Happy Gliding, everyone!!!
These gliders are beautiful. They went together within a half hour each but you really need two people, especially since each box weighs approximately 60 pounds. Both my husband and son in law were impressed with the quality and the clear instructions. They came with everything needed and the company sent an email stating that if anything was missing or damaged, theyโd make it right, including a partial refund if they deemed it appropriate.They arrived earlier than expected and the packaging was beyond perfect, it would be almost impossible to damage them in transit. Iโd definitely recommend this company.
These are very sturdy chairs with a smooth glide. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything lined up well for assembly. They are heavy weight so I think we finally have chairs the wind won't blow over! Very happy with this purchase. Will probably buy 2 more.
I could not be happier! Bought one at a sale price. Good instructions, went together easily. Itโs a heavy duty chair. Very well made and comfortable. Ordered another, but price had gone up.
