Solid, well-made pan. Pretty even heat distribution and nice weight. Lid doesn’t make a super-tight seal, but fits well enough that you can slow simmer. I keep looking for the hitch because pans like this generally cost a lot more, but so far everything’s pretty great.
Wanted something not too big but enough for two or three eggs or a few pieces of chicken. Took a chance on this pan and glad I did. Eggs did not stick. So far so good. A little on the heavy side which is okay by me. Nice and level on the stove top. Lid fits very well. Didn't see any problems with heat distribution. Washed in dishwasher with no problems. It even looks nice. Wish they had sauce pans to match. I would try one as well. Also got it on sale. That helped.
Used it for more than a year nowReliable, efficient, easy to maintainUse it for a wide range of cooking (no meat) and it does the jobno stains, and just throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean!
Never know when ordering online but it's sturdy, not cheap/flimsy, the handal doesn't get too hot even though its metal too. Nice size, I use it to make eggs almost every time I make breakfast. Easy to clean.
Nice Pan. Worked well for eggs and cleaned easily.Sturdy as hell and nice that it comes with cover.Had no problem with eggs sticking as Ive read some others had.Happy with my purchase.
