CREAMY PUMPKIN SOUP
Ingredients
500g Pumpkin
150ml Skim milk
20g Whipping cream
1 tsp White sugar
Step1: Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam them over water for 20 minutes.
Step2: Put the steamed pumpkin, skim milk, and sugar into the blender.
Step3: Put the pumpkin into the saucepan and simmer.
Step4: Put whipping cream into the saucepan and mix them.
You can make some decorations.
